Before you start a project.
The questions every operator asks before signing — answered up-front so you don't have to guess.
What if I want to move to another studio later?
You own everything. The GitHub repo, the Vercel project, the brand assets, every third-party account — all in your name from day one and transferred to you the moment you ask. No lock-in, no hostage retainer.
How hands-on do I have to be?
Two approval calls and a copy review at minimum. Most clients spend 4 – 6 hours total over the engagement. We send a kickoff packet with a short questionnaire and the rest is on us.
Do you understand my industry?
We build for hospitality, healthcare, real estate, construction, financial services, and service businesses across the Midwest. Every case study on /work is a real operator in one of those categories.
What's not included in the price?
Third-party SaaS your site runs on — hosting, transactional email, SMS, booking integrations — gets billed directly to you by the respective vendor. We never mark up vendor invoices. Photography or video production is coordinated through vetted vendor partners and billed direct.
What happens after launch?
30 days of free support included. After that, an optional monthly retainer (typical $150 – 300/mo) covers content changes, monitoring, and minor improvements. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The site keeps running whether you retain us or not.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. We pull your current content, build the new site to match or improve your SEO ranking with 301 redirects, and cut over the domain with downtime measured in minutes. Most rebuilds keep or improve search position within the first month.
What if I have a tight budget?
Tier 1 starts at $8k for a brand-grade marketing site shipped in 3 – 4 weeks. If that's still out of range, write to us anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or recommend someone better suited.
How do I know if you can deliver?
