SEO infrastructure that earns rankings instead of buying them.

We don't sell paid ads. We build the SEO infrastructure that lets your site rank for the searches your customers actually type — service-area pages, structured data, local schema, page-per-question content.

Most SEO agencies sell paid ads dressed up as organic strategy. They take a retainer, run a $2k/month Google Ads spend, and call it "SEO management". The site itself never gets the structural fixes that would let it rank without the ad spend.

We do the opposite. We build the SEO infrastructure into the site at construction time — structured data on every page, LocalBusiness + FAQ + Service schemas where they fit, page-per-service-area for trades and home services, page-per-question content for industries where buyers Google specific phrases.

Once the infrastructure is in place, the site keeps earning ranking without you paying us monthly. That's the difference between hiring us and hiring an agency that bills based on dependency.

// from our work

From the Atlas Gutter Co. launch SEO infrastructure (Sioux Falls, May 2026)

Atlas Gutter Co. was a four-year-established military-owned operator in a Sioux Falls metro where the franchise competitors had years of organic ranking. The SEO play we built into the rebrand: page-per-service-area for every city Atlas covers (Sioux Falls, Brandon, Tea, Harrisburg, Hartford, Valley Springs, etc.), each with city-specific structured data (LocalBusiness schema with serviceArea attribute matching the city), city-specific FAQ content, and city-specific operator examples. The architecture rewarded itself: within 30 days of launch, Atlas was ranking on Page 2 for "gutters [city]" in three of the smaller service-area cities. The lesson: in trades + service categories, the SEO win lives in long-tail service-area pages, not in trying to rank for the broad category term that the franchise crews already own.

// what's included

What a seo + marketing infrastructure engagement includes

  • /01

    Structured data on every page

    Schema.org LocalBusiness, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Service, Article — whichever fits the page type. Surfaces your site in Google rich results.

  • /02

    Local + geo schema

    Service-area pages with city-specific schema. Geo coordinates for physical locations. Coordinated with Google Business Profile so the signals reinforce.

  • /03

    Page-per-service-area

    If you serve five cities, you get five service-area pages — each written distinctly to rank for its city's name + service. The pattern that owns trades and home-service SEO.

  • /04

    Page-per-question content

    Long-tail content for the exact questions buyers Google. "How much does a [service] cost in [city]", "best [service] near [city]", "how to choose a [service provider]". Each one a ranking surface.

  • /05

    Performance as ranking signal

    Page load under one second on mobile. Core Web Vitals in green. Google's Page Experience signal earned, not gamed.

  • /06

    Search Console + Bing setup

    Both consoles configured, sitemap submitted, monitoring set up. We hand off the dashboards so you can watch the rankings move yourself.

Pricing: SEO infrastructure is built into every Tier 1 ($8k+) and Tier 2 ($15–22k) engagement at no extra charge. Standalone SEO retainers scopable on request. See all tiers →

// common questions

What buyers ask about seo + marketing infrastructure

  • How fast will I rank?

    Two to six months for most local searches. Service-area pages typically start ranking inside 6-8 weeks once Google has crawled and indexed them. National or competitive terms take longer.

  • Do you run Google Ads?

    No. If you want ads, we'll recommend a partner who specializes. Our work is organic SEO infrastructure — the kind that keeps earning rankings after the engagement ends.

  • What about my Google Business Profile?

    We coordinate with it. The site's structured data needs to match the GBP listing — same name, address, phone, hours, categories. We do the coordination work so the signals reinforce.
