Hospitality sites that work for the weekend AND the off-season.
Resorts, hotels, short-term rentals, restaurants, marinas. Built for operators whose homepage has to sell a Memorial Day weekend and a quiet Tuesday from the same scroll.
Hospitality sites have a problem no other category has. The visitor reading the homepage on a Tuesday in October has different intent than the one reading it on a Friday in June. Get one right, the other reads as wrong. Get both right, the site does the work of two.
We've built marketing sites and booking platforms for an SD outfitter pulling Twin Cities ice-fishing traffic, a Lake Madison resort with cabins + campers + a marina + two restaurants under one roof, and adjacent operators who run the same Memorial-Day-to-Labor-Day rhythm. The patterns repeat — the design choices don't have to.
If your competitor's site looks like a 2014 Squarespace template and you're losing the booking war on aesthetics alone, that's the gap we sit in.
On The Hillside Resort build (Lake Madison, SD — Pro tier engagement signed May 2026), the operator runs cabins, campers, the Main House, a marina, two restaurants, and a Sea Store across two parcels on 238th Street. The most useful thing we learned: the booking flow has to hand off cleanly across PMSs that don't talk to each other. Hostaway runs the lodging side; the vessel rental side needed a custom platform we built from scratch. The friction we hit early was on PMS-bridging logic — peak/off-peak rate inheritance, blackout-date propagation, and refund-rule consistency across products. Those rules now live in a single config block in the admin panel rather than scattered across three integration points.
What a hospitality & lodging engagement looks like
- /01
Brand-grade marketing site
Real photography of your property, copy a tired traveler can read in twenty seconds, structured data that gets you into the Google travel panel. Built for mobile-first because that's how visitors search.
- /02
Booking flow
Integrated with Hostaway, Cloudbeds, or your existing PMS. Date pickers, party size, add-ons, and deposit collection via Stripe. Custom vessel/equipment rental flows where they fit.
- /03
Seasonal admin panel
Peak/off-peak rate tiers, weather-driven blackout dates, weekend-vs-weekday pricing, and refund workflows you can run from a phone. Built so a seasonal hire is productive in their first hour.

Owner dashboard (optional)
Per-property revenue, occupancy, and operator-flag feeds. Built for owners running multi-property operations who need one screen instead of five tabs.

What hospitality & lodging operators ask
Do you understand seasonal pricing?
Yes. We've built admin panels that handle peak/off-peak rate tiers, weekend-vs-weekday pricing, and weather-driven blackouts without you opening a developer's editor. Every rate-related lever lives in the admin panel.
Can you wire in Hostaway, Cloudbeds, or my PMS?
Yes. Hostaway is the integration we've shipped most often. Cloudbeds, Mews, and other PMSs are scopable in week one. If your PMS exposes an API or has Zapier support, we can route bookings through to it.
What about OTA channel distribution?
Channel distribution to OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) typically flows through your PMS, not the marketing site. We build the direct-booking path that pulls customers off the OTA channel where you save the commission.
Can the site handle a Memorial Day spike?
Yes. Sites we build run on Vercel which scales automatically. Major travel weekends, lake openers, holiday traffic — none of it slows the page down or takes booking offline.
