/01 challenge

A short-term rental management company in a crowded category needed an owner-facing pitch site that communicates "we do the work, you keep the asset" without sounding like every other co-host pitch. The site had to earn trust on the first scroll.

/02 build

Marketing site on Vite + React, prerendered for SEO, with a hero that names the offer directly ("You own the Airbnb. We do the work."), live property counts driven by the operator's portfolio (fifty-six properties, thirteen states), a property-estimate intake flow, and a Field Notes blog backed by a content-feed integration with the internal dashboard.

Live at divergentestates.com as the front door for new owner inquiries. Refreshed regularly as the portfolio grows and the offer sharpens.
