Four to six weeks, end to end.
A typical engagement. Fixed fee, fixed timeline, deliverables you can verify. The schedule that lets one founder-led studio ship work that competes with a much bigger shop.
- /01 · Week 0
Kickoff & proposal
An hour-long call to hear what you're trying to do. We come back with a written proposal: scope, fee, timeline, deliverables — in plain English, not agency-speak. No 6-week paid discovery scopes.
- /02 · Weeks 1 – 2
Brand direction & UI design
Brand direction first, then UI design. One round of revisions baked in. You see the work as it happens, not in a polished reveal deck six weeks later.
- /03 · Weeks 3 – 5
Build
We write the code. You watch the staging environment update daily. Performance, accessibility, and SEO baked in from the first commit — not bolted on at the end.
- /04 · Week 4
Photography (if scoped)
If the project needs photography, we shoot it ourselves on Sony and Fuji bodies. Midwest light, real subjects, no stock.
- /05 · Week 6
Deploy & handoff
Live, monitored, documented. Documentation lives in your repo, the brand kit in your Figma, photos in your drive. The client owns it all.
- /06 · Post-launch
Thirty days of support
Included by default. Bugs, small tweaks, onboarding questions. After thirty days, an optional retainer keeps the relationship warm — or we hand it off cleanly.
