// service · brand identity

Brand identity built to scale from a sign to a software product.

Identity systems for operators who're past the logo-on-a-truck phase and need something that scales across a marketing site, an admin panel, and a uniform.

Most small-business "brands" are a logo and a font someone picked off Google Fonts in 2018. That works until the operator grows past it — opens a second location, builds a website, hires a manager who needs business cards. Then the cracks show up everywhere at once.

We build identity systems. Type, color, logo lockups, photographic direction, voice guidelines, and the rollout that lands all of it on the website, the signage, the email signature, the branded merchandise. One coherent system, written down so the next agency or hire doesn't have to reinvent it.

Identity work is most often bundled into a marketing site engagement (Tier 1 or Tier 2). Standalone brand-only engagements are scopable.

// from our work

From the Atlas Gutter Co. brand launch (Sioux Falls, May 2026)

Atlas Gutter Co. is a four-year-established military-owned gutter operator in the Sioux Falls metro with real reputation but a website that did not show it. We rebuilt the identity from scratch: serif headline display, editorial dark palette, real photography of crews and trucks, a Spring 2026 promo bar ("Free gutter cleaning on every full install booked before May 31") locked sticky on every page. The key brand decision: military-owned as the wedge, surfaced in the trust strip above the fold instead of buried in About. Discipline-and-detail story the franchise crews couldn't tell. Brand work in this case was inseparable from the marketing site work — bundling them into one engagement (Tier 1 + identity) saved weeks of handoff time vs. brand-first-then-site.

What real brand identity projects look like

// common questions

What buyers ask about brand identity

  • Can I keep my existing logo?

    Yes — if it's working, we don't throw it out. We build the system around it: type, color, photography direction, voice. If the logo's the weak link, we say so and propose a refresh.

  • Will my customers recognize the new brand?

    If we did the work right, yes — a refresh keeps the recognizable equity (the marks customers already associate with you) while modernizing what's not working. A from-scratch brand is for operators who don't have equity to protect.

  • Do I get the source files?

    Yes. Figma file, raw SVGs, font licenses, every artifact in your account on day one of launch. You can keep working with us or hand it to another designer — your call, no friction.
