Web design that doesn't look like a 2014 template.
Marketing sites built for mid-market operators across the Midwest. Real photography, real copy, real performance. Shipped in four to six weeks.
Most small-business sites land in the same valley: a Squarespace template with stock photography, copy written by ChatGPT in five minutes, and a contact form that bounces on mobile. The customer reads it, doesn't believe a word of it, and clicks the next result.
We build sites that read like the operator actually cared. Real photos of real people and real work. Copy that uses your specific numbers and your specific story. A site that loads in under a second and works on a phone in a basement with two bars of signal.
The deliverable is a working site, owned by you outright on day one. No template fees. No platform lock-in. No hostage retainer if you ever want to leave.
From the HausClean rebuild (Sioux Falls, May 2026)
HausClean was a residential cleaning operator running a 5.0 Google rating across 60+ reviews on top of a generic Squarespace template. The site was actively hiding the operator's real edge. The rebuild took two weeks of build sprint after a one-week kickoff. The thing that converted: three operator commitments stacked on the home hero — "same crew every visit", "fixed rate not hourly", "text-back in 60 seconds." Concrete commitments beat soft-sell positioning by a margin we didn't expect. The site shipped on a Vercel preview while we waited for domain cutover; the operator's existing customers started routing inbound through the new contact form within 72 hours of the preview going live.

What buyers ask about web design
How long does it take?
Three to six weeks depending on tier. Tier 1 marketing sites ship in 3–4 weeks. Tier 2 (brand + site + integrations) in 5–6. Each tier has a fixed timeline written into the engagement letter — slippage on our side shifts launch on us.
Do you build on WordPress?
No. We build on Next.js + Vercel. The reason: WordPress is fine for a static brochure but limits what we can do with custom integrations, performance, and ownership transfer. If you want WordPress specifically, we can recommend a builder who specializes.
What if I want to switch developers later?
You own everything. The GitHub repo, the Vercel project, the brand assets, every account — all in your name from day one. Switching is whatever you want it to be on your timeline.
