Privacy.

The short version: we collect what you give us in the contact form, and anonymous page-view counts from Vercel Analytics. That is it. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party advertising.

/01 what we collect
  • Contact form submissions — name, email, optional company, project type, budget range, and the message you write. Submitted to Nick by email.
  • Anonymous pageviews — Vercel Analytics counts which pages get loaded, from what country, on what device class. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
/02 what we do not collect
  • Cookies — none required, none set.
  • Tracking pixels, session replay, or behavioral profiling.
  • Information from third-party data brokers.
  • Anything stored in your browser's local storage.
/03 who sees it

Contact form submissions go to Nick Burns and to Resend (the email delivery service we use to route mail to Nick's inbox). Vercel Analytics data is processed by Vercel and visible only to Nick in the studio dashboard.

/04 how long we keep it

Form submissions are kept in Nick's email for as long as the inquiry is active. After the project closes or is declined, mail is archived but not deleted automatically. Vercel Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis per Vercel's own policy.

/05 right to deletion

Email nick@burnswright.com and ask. We will delete what we can identify as yours within a reasonable timeframe.

/06 updates

If this policy changes, the change date appears in the footer of this page. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least thirty days before they take effect.
